A LETTER FROM OUR VP OF RECRUITMENT
Hi everyone! My name is Isabelle Keppler. I am honored to serve as this this year’s Vice President of Recruitment for Santa Clara Alpha Phi. My time with Alpha Phi Zeta Gamma has been one of the most transformative and rewarding experiences of my college career, and l am beyond thrilled to be sharing it with you now.
When I first went through recruitment, I would never have imagined how impactful this sorority and sisterhood would be on my life. In search of a community, I knew immediately that I could forge my own place in Alpha Phi. I joined the executive board my freshman year, and have continued to take leadership roles that push me to grow and demonstrate accountability and commitment to my sisters. Now as VP of Recruitment, I am thrilled to lead our chapter in the process of finding and recruiting a new generation of intelligent, remarkable, and passionate women.
Going through the recruitment process can be extremely overwhelming and stressful at times. My biggest piece of advice is to embrace the experience, and trust your own instincts. Be open to the connections you make and stay fiercely true to who you are. Remember, you are searching for a place that feels like home—which is exactly what Alpha Phi has become to me.
